Diesel Air Compressors
Airmac has a leading range of Yanmar powered air compressors that are especially well suited for use by field service personnel at mine sites, oil refineries and other hazardous locations. To ensure the highest levels of safety, reliability and economy, each model is fitted with a genuine Yanmar air cooled, direct injection diesel engine.

- Genuine Fusheng reciprocating air compressor pump. Low speed, single stage, full cast iron construction with a worldwide reputation for outstanding performance and reliability. Well proven in Australia for more than 25 years.
- Superior pump design with a high strength forged steel crankshaft, low friction roller main bearings, extra large oil reservoir, long life piston rings, precision machined cylinders, deep directional cooling fi ns, robust plate-type inlet and exhaust valves, and low noise air intakes with replaceable fi lter elements.
- Genuine Yanmar air cooled direct injection diesel engine fi tted with an auto-idle throttle controller, easy start unloading valve, and auto-return decompressor.

Extended service life V-belt drive fully enclosed by an impact resistant metal safety guard designed for easy maintenance access and high fl ow-through cooling. Extra thick steel baseplate and clamping plate together ensure optimum engine mounting alignment and rigidity.
- Oversized air receiver tank for maximum air/energy storage. Abrasive blast cleaned prior to application of a three stage paint system for long lasting corrosion protection. Mounted on puncture resistant solid rubber wheels or stationary rubber feet for effective vibration isolation.
- Premium grade fasteners, fi ttings and piping used throughout. High fl ow, low back pressure brass check valve. Tamper-resistant fi xed pressure differential pilot valve.
